Bryana Grovender

Bryana is Human Resources Director at Westwood, where she leads the company’s Training and Talent Management initiatives. Her responsibilities include enterprise wide leadership and learning development design, executive coaching, performance and talent strategies, and employee engagement. Bryana is passionate about fostering a workplace culture where employees feel empowered to grow at Westwood.

With a background in people strategy, learning and development, and organizational design, Bryana brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to her role at Westwood. Prior to becoming HR Director in 2022, she served as Westwood’s Learning and Development Manager, driving programs that supported both individual and organizational growth.
