Throughout his tenure, he has consistently driven innovation in civil engineering, managing complex projects spanning diverse sectors including K-12, healthcare, higher education, retail, industrial, office, residential, and mixed-use developments. His expertise in navigating intricate land development challenges has positioned him as a critical strategic asset for Westwood's growth and project delivery capabilities.

As Senior Director of Land Development for the South Region, Carlo leads Westwood's Land Division from the Fort Worth-Alliance office. He is responsible for expanding the institutional market's reach and driving strategic growth throughout the region. Carlo's role involves overseeing high-profile projects, from comprehensive K-12 bond programs to mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring each initiative meets the highest standards of technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Carlo's professional commitment extends beyond project management, with a deep passion for industry leadership and community engagement. He actively contributes to the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, Lena Pope and the Keller ISD Education Foundation.
