Cherie L. Guzman, Assoc. AIA

Cherie is the Director of Market Development at Westwood and a company shareholder. With more than 25 years of experience in the AEC industry, Cherie supports strategic initiatives for company-wide organic growth. In her role, she partners with Westwood’s divisions and the Senior Vice President, Market Development in the expansion of current markets, strategies for new emerging markets, and supporting the strategic planning process.

She also serves as a resource for leaders of other business units within the company to help develop strategies and goals for new clients or complex project pursuits. Her leadership, problem-solving abilities, and dedication have played a key role in helping Westwood achieve its strategic business objectives.
