Chris Carda, PE

Chris joined Westwood in 2006 and provides development solutions to a broad range of clients. For over a decade, he served as a project manager, focusing on project development, engineering design, scheduling, and construction coordination. In his current role as Vice President of Civil Engineering Operations, Renewables, Chris leads a department of specialized engineers and designers in Westwood’s site design, water resources, geotechnical, and structural service groups. His team focuses on utility-scale projects in the wind, solar, and energy storage markets.

Chris has microsited projects in over 20 states. With his transition away from project management, his focus has shifted from individual projects to overall team operations. As Westwood grows, his goal is to build a team that carries unmatched industry expertise while providing that personal touch for both our people and our clients.
