Senior Director, Program Management

Ed has more than 25 years of experience leading complex program and project delivery across education, commercial, and public sector markets. His background spans program management, master planning, facilities assessments, design management, construction management, architecture, and disaster recovery with a focus on aligning design, scope, and execution to meet client goals. He has managed programs and projects totaling over $1 billion, bringing a practical, delivery-focused approach to each engagement.

As Senior Director of Program Management, Ed supports teams advancing large-scale facility and infrastructure programs. He works closely with clients and project teams to coordinate delivery strategies, manage risk, and maintain alignment across scope, schedule, and budget. His experience leading multidisciplinary teams helps position projects for efficient execution and strong stakeholder collaboration.

His portfolio includes leadership roles on education and capital improvement programs, as well as complex facility and campus projects. He has delivered projects across K–12 and higher education systems and supported initiatives ranging from capital programs to technology upgrades.
