Eric Lannen

Eric has over 33 years of experience building and growing full-scale HR functions in industries including renewable natural gas, oil field services, government services, technology, HR outsourcing, and engineering and construction. Prior to joining Westwood, Eric served as the CHRO for Archaea Energy, Basic Energy Services, and DynCorp International. He also held various HR leadership roles at McDermott International, IBM, Halliburton, and KBR.

As CHRO and a member of Westwood’s executive team, Eric uses his expertise to create a world-class HR function to support the company’s growth strategy. He guides efforts to design and implement new talent acquisition and retention initiatives, workplace safety processes, and leadership development strategies.

Eric’s experience gives him valuable insight into leading the team in completing strategic workforce integrations, developing organizational processes, and implementing complex HR initiatives. Eric is passionate about employee engagement and is dedicated to ensuring that every employee knows they are an important member of the Westwood team.
