Frank Morrissey, PE

Frank is the Senior Vice President of Westwood’s Power Division. With over 15 years of experience in transmission and distribution (T&D) infrastructure for electric and gas utilities, Frank brings deep industry knowledge and leadership to his role. He leads strategic and operational initiatives that drive resiliency, grid modernization, and growth across transmission, distribution, substation, and emerging power markets.

Prior to joining Westwood, Frank served as a Managing Director within the Transmission & Distribution division at Burns & McDonnell, where he helped utilities and developers achieve decarbonization goals, navigate regulatory complexities, and deliver client-focused solutions. He is known for his ability to lead large teams and develop holistic strategies that support reliable and affordable infrastructure.

Frank also served on the Executive Board of PDi2, reinforcing his commitment to innovation in electric infrastructure. His leadership style and dedication to the client experience align with Westwood’s mission and position him as a key voice in shaping the future of our Power team.
