James Andermann
Focused on economic development and community-centered infrastructure, James brings nearly 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors. His work centers on program management, strategic planning, and redevelopment, with experience ranging from downtown revitalizations to large-scale resilience and recovery programs at both the state and national levels.
James has led complex, multimillion-dollar programs that require alignment between technical delivery, funding strategies, and stakeholder priorities, including Louisiana’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program and the Isle de Jean Charles resettlement initiative.
As Vice President of Program Management, he advances delivery strategies, supports multidisciplinary teams, and drives coordination across clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of CSRS, he led organizational growth, operational performance, and project delivery across a diverse client base.
James is known for connecting project execution with broader community and economic goals, consistently delivering solutions that create long-term value.
