Jill Henson

Jill is the Director of Legal at Westwood, where she oversees the firm’s legal affairs and licensing activities. Jill plays a key role in managing legal processes that support Westwood’s operations and growth initiatives, focusing on licensing, compliance, governance, and M&A integrations. Jill is passionate about working across teams to support the expansion of Westwood’s markets and services.

Since joining Westwood in 2021, Jill has advanced from Senior Legal Specialist to her current leadership role. Prior to Westwood, she was a corporate transactional paralegal, where she developed her expertise in legal research, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
