For Joe, power engineering isn't just about infrastructure—it’s a team sport. Today, he serves as Westwood’s Senior Director of Power & Gas Distribution, where he has the privilege of leading a talented distribution engineering team and helping steer the growth of the Power Delivery practice.

His journey here began in 2019 with the acquisition of Main Line Energy Consultants. Since then, Joe has quietly earned a reputation as a trusted leader and client advocate, advancing through the ranks by simply focusing on doing great work. Backed by more than a decade of diverse experience spanning across distribution line design, structural engineering, substation support, and telecommunication efforts—Joe takes a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to technical leadership. Whether he’s diving into scheduling and cost estimating or refining project quality assurance, his goal remains the same: supporting his team so they can deliver bulletproof solutions for commercial and government clients.
