Randy Alexander, CWB
Randy Alexander is a Senior Director of Land Development at Westwood, with over 30 years of experience in land development and major infrastructure. With a strong foundation in natural resource due diligence and regulatory permitting, Randy has played a vital role in shaping environmental strategy for land development and energy projects throughout north central Texas.
Randy oversees Land Development in Downtown Fort Worth, comprising about 30 engineers, planners, and technicians working on commercial, residential, and institutional projects. The team is working on several landmark projects in the western half of the DFW area including The Shops at Clearfork, The Canals in Mansfield, Alpha Ranch, and major renovations of the Trinty and LD Bell campuses in HEB ISD.
A Certified Wildlife Biologist and member of The Wildlife Society, Randy is known for blending ecological expertise with a practical understanding of development challenges and land development operations. His leadership strengthens Westwood’s integrated approach to land development, supporting clients across the municipal, land development, and energy sectors.
