Randy Gardner, PE

Randy has spent the past 20 years in the renewable and power industries as an engineer, project manager, and business development professional working to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships. Randy’s leadership journey began as a design consultant working in the wind industry, to working for a contractor managing wind and solar projects across the United States and Canada, to joining Westwood in 2015 as a Senior Project Manager and growing to his current role leading Westwood’s national Energy Storage market. His understanding of the challenges associated with renewables development, engineering, and construction help him execute projects at all phases and build strong relationships with development clients, contractors, and agencies. His extensive construction management background provides clients a unique and well-rounded approach to project engineering, development, and management.

As the Vice President for Energy Storage, Randy provides leadership for business development, project management, and operations. Randy’s role is focused on driving organic growth in Westwood’s renewable markets and providing leadership to project managers and services. Randy is passionate about mentoring and growing new leaders. Randy leads a dynamic team with diverse backgrounds focused on delivering high quality energy storage projects with the highest client satisfaction. His extensive experience in building strong client relationships and executing quality projects continue to advance the renewable energy industry and Westwood forward.
