Rehan serves as Tax Director at Westwood Professional Services, where he leads the company's tax function and partners with executive leadership to support the company’s continued growth as a private equity-backed platform.

With more than 15 years of experience across public accounting and in-house corporate tax, Rehan brings expertise in ASC 740 tax provision and financial reporting, multi-state compliance, and transaction tax structuring. His background includes leadership roles at PwC and KPMG advising clients across asset management and financial services on complex federal, state, and international tax matters.

At Westwood, Rehan works closely with finance, legal, and executive leadership to drive tax compliance, reporting, and strategic planning. He has played a key role in the company's acquisition strategy, supporting tax due diligence, purchase price allocations, and post-close integration across a growing multi-entity structure.
