Rob Copouls, PE

Senior VP, Public Infrastructure Division

Rob is responsible for leading the Land Division’s operations and the strategic implementation of its growth strategies. In his role, Rob enjoys the opportunity to develop efficiencies to drive the division forward and create industry leaders within Westwood to continue to serve clients for years to come.
 
Rob was one of the initial engineers and project managers in Westwood’s Power Division. He played a critical role in the development and construction of over 200 utility-scale wind and solar projects from Hawaii to Maine.
 
Rob transitioned from project management to be part of the leadership team in the operations role. He supported 450 staff in wind, solar, and power delivery projects across the US. Rob served as the primary integrator for this division’s three markets, thirteen service groups, and ten offices. Prior to being in the Power Division, Rob worked on land development projects around the Twin Cities. He has been a shareholder at Westwood since 2012 and is a professional engineer in eight states.
