With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Tara brings a strong foundation in aligning people strategies with business objectives. Her background includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, with a focus on supporting growth and enhancing overall workforce performance.

At Westwood, Tara leads the HR Business Partner function, working closely with division leaders and corporate teams to develop and implement strategies that support organizational goals. She partners across the business to strengthen employee engagement, guide talent development, and ensure HR practices align with operational needs and company culture.

Throughout her career, Tara has built and scaled HR functions to support organizational growth, including establishing foundational processes and supporting integration efforts following acquisitions. She is known for her collaborative approach and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping create a workplace environment where teams can perform and grow.
