With more than 26 years of experience in site selection, land development, and infrastructure, Taylor brings a comprehensive understanding of how projects move from strategy to execution. His background spans site selection, economic development, engineering and surveying allowing him to guide clients through complex, capital-intensive decisions with clarity and confidence.

At Westwood, Taylor leads site selection, economic development and industrial initiatives, partnering with corporate clients, developers, and economic development organizations. He collaborates closely with stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, align project goals, and develop strategies positioning projects for successful delivery. His experience spans the full site selection lifecycle, from initial screening and due diligence through entitlement, design, and implementation. Recently, Taylor led siting and strategy efforts for megaprojects including a $10B data center campus and a $6B manufacturing complex.

Drawing on both consulting and real estate development experience, Taylor brings a practical, execution-focused perspective to every engagement. His approach emphasizes collaboration, informed decision-making, and delivering outcomes that align with long-term economic and community goals. Taylor is a firm shareholder and is focused on building an industrial practice throughout Westwood’s platform.
