Scope
Site planning and preliminary engineering for 570K SF Regional Hub at AFW Airport, including hangar, service buildings, entry drives, parking, apron, taxi-lane, and FAA transitional surfaces studies. Off-site infrastructure included thousands of linear feet of regional water and sanitary sewer lines, 2 detention ponds, and a 3,000 LF drainage channel. LOMR removed floodplain from developed and developable areas of the airport to accurately reflect current conditions.
