Scope
Westwood partnered with the City of Crowley, TX, to develop the city’s first comprehensive Parks and Trails Master Plan and deliver the 4.1-acre Crowley Commons Downtown Park (often referred to as Crowley Crossing Park), featuring promenades, green spaces, a splash pad, and event areas. These projects provide a strategic roadmap for future park development and have revitalized downtown Crowley with accessible, multi-use public spaces that support community life and economic growth.
