Comprehensive civil engineering services as the prime consultant for the $3.2 billion redevelopment, overseeing multidisciplinary coordination, subconsultant management, and the preservation of critical infrastructure to transform over 45-acres of downtown Dallas into a vibrant, mixed-use destination.
