Scope
The City of San Antonio hired Westwood to provide roadway, drainage, and utility improvements for a City Bond project within the Devonshire neighborhood. The project consisted of approximately one mile of roadway reconstruction including a 10' x 7' box culvert, improved low water crossing, adjacent grass lined channel diverting flows, and replacing water, sanitary sewer and gas lines along the corridor.
