Scope
162K SF aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility on northeast side of AFW Airport. Includes 80K SF of hangar space, an apron, and a 450-foot-long, 11-inch-thick concrete taxiway with direct access to runways. Performed site planning, interior hangar aircraft configuration planning, site civil design, and detailed hydrologic study.

- Underdrain landscape watering ties into civil storm system
- Detailed H&H study using HEC-HMS
- Native and adaptive planting plan to meet FAA considerations for species and proximity
