Scope
Engineering services including the physical design along with structural and foundation analysis, P&C, communications, settings, and studies. The substation is in support of the New Jersey Offshore Wind project and is a 69/13.8kV collector site that contains two 44.8MVA transformers, and a seven cubical metal-clad switchgear. The metal-clad switchgear will have an ultimate building of nine cubicles and contain all related relaying, communication, and auxiliary equipment. The fenced substation contains three 69kV 1200A breakers, three 69kV 1200A disconnect switches, station power VT’s, three CCVTs, arresters, three 69kV metering units, four lightning masts, high voltage bus, and related structures.
