Scope
Reconstruction of a 5,700 LF two-lane asphalt roadway into a four-lane divided concrete road, including a high-traffic intersection, a roundabout, and 3,300 LF of waterline, while adding ten-foot-wide multi-purpose trails and dedicated bike lanes to enhance mobility and safety for all users.
