- Hydraulic modeling and analysis for Trading House Creek
- Drainage analysis and design for high-volume rainwater runoff
- Pedestrian corridor conversion and design
- Utility infrastructure improvements (water, sanitary sewer, electric, data, hydronic lines)
- Water table study and site safety evaluation
- Fire lane design (stabilized turf and sidewalk for life safety and pedestrian access)
- Coordination of site access to campus walkways and trails
