Culture
2024 marked our first annual Giving Back Week, where our professionals across the country came together to support their communities through volunteer work and fundraising. Our culture thrives on the dedication of our team members, who foster a sense of community. This year, we enjoyed summer BBQs, holiday potlucks, and friendly competitions, including mini golf and costume contests. Team outings and events, such as the solar eclipse viewing, were memorable highlights for us all.
Growth
This year, we welcomed 24 new shareholders and 35 new associates, recognized for their commitment and contributions to our growth and client service. Over 140 interns from over 40 universities joined us, gaining valuable insights into our work as they build their careers. Additionally, we completed three successful acquisitions with Peloton Land Solutions, O’Dell Engineering, and Balzer & Associates, each bringing new team members, enhancing our market and service offerings, and expanding our geographical reach.
