Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.  The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies to promote Westwood's markets and services while enhancing our brand presence nationwide. As a highly motivated marketing coordinator in a fast-paced environment, you will support the coordination and organization with consistent marketing collateral, digital content, social media, events, communications, research, and employee engagement. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and serves the organization with solutions that promote the alignment and consistency of Westwood’s brand image and message while supporting division business units and collaborating with internal teams. In this role, you will need strong attention to detail to help keep projects moving forward and drive success across the organization. As the Marketing Coordinator, you must be eager to learn, extremely organized, and not afraid to take initiative. Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, and content marketing.• Coordinate and organize the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.• Support the planning and coordination of nationwide events, trade shows, and conferences for corporate and division business units.• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create compelling content for marketing initiatives.• Maintain and coordinate updates for the company's website and social media profiles.• Assist in social media content creation, organization, calendars, and daily response engagement.• Learn internal and external communications technology and channels to assist with content creation, promotion, and organization.• Write clearly and effectively for a variety of purposes, audiences, and channels. This can include proofreading or editing content as needed.• Assist in the maintenance of marketing databases and contribute to establishing, implementing, and maintaining standards, processes, and policies.• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.• Build relationships with internal teams, service departments, and business unit leaders.
