Michel leads Westwood’s Public Infrastructure Division’s operations and the strategic implementation of its growth strategies. As an experienced executive and licensed professional engineer, Michel has over 30 years of experience leading infrastructure operations, business development, and team transformation in the civil engineering industry. From managing multimillion-dollar design-build projects to guiding organizational change, Michel has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead through complexity and drive sustainable progress while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence in public infrastructure. His collaborative approach fosters a culture of growth and innovation.

Michel's diverse background has shaped his professional journey. His career has included significant roles as a structural engineer, Transportation Principal, and CEO. Throughout his career, Michel has demonstrated a strong belief in accountability and problem-solving, principles that align closely with the values of Westwood. As a result of his collaborative leadership style, Michel has built strong, lasting relationships with political leaders, teaming partners, and client decision-makers through his involvement in organizations such as ACEC, ASCE, and numerous chambers of commerce.
