Meet Westwood Associate Dani Nygren

Get to know our newest shareholders and associates! We're excited to have them on our team and helping to lead Westwood forward. 

“Becoming an associate allows me to have a stronger presence as a role model for young professionals at Westwood and within our community,” says Dani Nygren. “I take pride in this responsibility and look forward to further contributing to the development of others.”

Dani joined Westwood as a graduate engineer and she’s kept moving forward and continues to look towards the future for Westwood. “Over my last seven years, I have watched Westwood grow and reach new heights year after year. I don’t see the next ten years being any different,” she says. “As I have watched Westwood grow I have seen our culture continue to strengthen which isn’t always the case for companies that are rapidly growing. We continuously build upon our culture and values which is exciting to see!”

“Relationships are truly the key to success. That includes relationships with your clients as well as within Westwood,” shares Dani. “Early in my career I would get hung up on problems that I didn’t know how to answer. Westwood has a team of amazing professionals that have years of experience. If you don’t know the answer, chances are someone else has experience with it. Learning to use my resources effectively has helped me advance quickly in my career and learn a thing or two along the way!”
