Randall P. Pogue, PE

Randy is a Westwood shareholder and licensed professional engineer with more than 28 years of leadership and project management experience in engineering and site development services. As the vice president of Westwood's South Region, Randy leads operations in the public infrastructure, residential, and commercial markets.
 
Randy delivers value through his expertise in engineering, project management, and design from his work on well-over 1,000 projects in more than 100 municipalities across Texas and Oklahoma. He has managed multiple projects with contracts totaling over 60 million dollars. With a broad range of project experience, Randy has helped bring  concept to reality in single- and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, retail, financial, and municipal projects, building and maintaining an impressive clientele list along the way.
 
Randy also participates in countless professional affiliations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers. He was previously an elected official of the City of McKinney, Texas.
