Mark Miller Joins Westwood

Westwood’s San Antonio office is pleased to welcome Mark Miller, PE as Public Infrastructure Project Manager! Mark has eight years of experience in all phases of civil engineering and construction operations for both public and private clients. Mark will help support Westwood’s growing Public Infrastructure and Transportation markets in Texas.

In his prior role as a project manager, Mark gained experience in project design, business development, proposal writing, project tracking, and resource allocation in growing markets. Throughout his career he has enjoyed growing his team by successfully completing projects, exceeding client expectations, and helping mentor younger engineers.

Mark is excited to be a part of the team, “With the growth all over the state of Texas, I believe Westwood is positioned well to capitalize on key markets, and I want to be part of that growing presence here in Texas .”

Mark holds a BS in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and a PE license in civil engineering in Texas and Colorado. Mark also serves on the board for the APWA Texas South Central Chapter.
