Westwood would like to welcome Stuart Warnock, RPLS, GISP as the new Local Service Leader for Dallas Power Survey. Stuart has over fifteen years of experience managing projects across several industries. He will support Westwood’s Dallas, Texas land surveying team.

Stuart’s passion is finding innovative ways to utilize spatial data and technology to improve productivity and decision-making capabilities for his clients. He is skilled in developing applications to promote integration and coordination between office and field staff. Stuart is targeted and deliberate in solving even the most complex of clients’ problems by using cutting-edge technology to cut costs, streamline productivity, and improve decision-making capabilities.

Stuart has become well-known in the surveying community. During his time as a Texas delegate to the NPSP Young Surveyor’s Network and as past President of TSPS Chapter 2, Stuart made a concentrated effort to raise public awareness and to educate children regarding various geospatial professions by organizing and leading various classes, presentations, career fairs, and school events.

Stuart is excited to be joining the Westwood team, “I’m thrilled to be joining this amazing company, and excited to lead my team through its next phase of growth and enhancing and driving forward a brand that seems to be a natural extension of my own beliefs. I am always looking for ways we can be better and do more for our customers.”

Stuart holds an AAS in surveying and geomatics technology and a BS in industrial technology with a minor in business administration. He is a registered professional land surveyor, geographic information systems professional, and FAA sUAS remote pilot. Stuart is also associated with the TSPS, NSPS, AAGS, APSG, and SMPS societies.
